企業内看護師【つくば／農機最大手クボタ】

【配属部署】
所属従業員数：2000名規模（関連会社、期間従業員など含む）
産業医1名、看護師・保健師3～4名

農業機械を製造する筑波工場の健康管理室にて看護師業務をお願いします。

【仕事内容】
①診察関連（受付、カルテ整理、記録、医療機関の紹介など）

②定期健康診断・特殊健康診断・ストレスチェック関連の準備・実施・事後フォロー
（対象者確定、様式仕分け、配布、健診当日の運用、事後措置等）

③事務処理
（発注処理、請求書処理、各種文書・資料作成、面談受診者へのメール連絡等）

④健康づくり活動の企画・実行・セミナー実施など
（例）食事に関すること、禁煙支援に関することなど

【事業内容】
農業機械及び農業関連商品、エンジン、建設機械の製造及び販売など
パイプ関連製品(ダクタイル鉄管、合成管、ポンプ、バルブなど)、環境関連製品(各種環境プラントなど)、社会インフラ関連製品(素形材、スパイラル鋼管、自動販売機、精密機器、空調機器など)の製造及び販売など
