Job Description
At the company that sells imported cars such as BMW, MINI, etc., you will be active as a person in charge of branches in Tokyo or Kanagawa. 

1. About customers 

Individual customers who came to the showroom (wide age group from late 20s to 50s) 

2. Sales of cars such as Chrysler Jeep, Alfa Romeo Fiat, MINI. 

In addition, maintenance, parts, accessories (including insurance) 

3. For specific work, you will be in a position to manage 

staff management (sales guidance, counting management, etc.), sales planning, store VMD, etc. 

You may also conduct sales and follow-up for new and existing customers. 

The main sales methods are product guidance for new 

customers and after-sales follow-up for existing customers. 

Since the price range is expensive compared to domestic cars, it is necessary to propose a payment plan while explaining the products and functions more carefully to customers and presenting estimates . 

Since it is a long-term relationship with customers to support after-sales support, not after sales , relationship building is paramount. 

(There will be no new diving business.) 

* Number of customers: On Saturdays and Sundays, there are around 20 visitors. 

 Visitors are greatly affected by the weather. 

4. Other quotas are not strictly imposed on an individual basis, and you can work while being aware of team play because goals are set for each store . In addition, points are set for each vehicle type, and incentives are paid to sales according to the number of units sold and points.

Hiring requirements

1. Ordinary car license (Type 1) 

 * Due to the handling of manual cars at stores, AT-only applicants are not allowed to apply. 

2. Import car sales experience (assumed more than 5 years) 

3. Member management experience (no matter number)
