Job Description

You will be responsible for the operation and management of the “one-of-a-kind costume that best fits each entertainer and character in the show” held in the park of Universal Studios Japan, the world ’s fourth-largest theme park. . 

[Concrete work] 

1. Coordination work / Coordination work with internal / external parties accompanying the launch of a new program 

2. Maintaining quality of costumes, management / quality check / Communication with field staff and performers 

3. Training, Management work , subordinate training , labor management 

4. Other management work related to team management

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Team management experience 

2. Communication skills

1. Knowledge of clothing and costume production / management, experience 

2. Knowledge of theme park management, experience 

3. English conversation skills: Everyday Conversation level (not fluent)

Expected annual income: 3.4 to 8 million yen (members to supervisors) 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience and age. 

* Preferential treatment according to experience (including over-range rate)
