Job Description

■ Work contents Our development design is not only involved in “part” of the development process, but in the style of “all processes”. 

Starting with negotiations with customer technical staff, through design, material selection, prototyping / experimental stages, and mass production start-up, we will be consistently involved in the entire development process. Naturally, the responsibility becomes heavy, but it can be said that it is in a system where you can work until you are satisfied as a technical professional. 

Currently, human resources are in charge of developing and designing valves that control the amount of water used in water heaters, water supply equipment, eco-cutes, etc. 

In recent years, more and more water control valves have been developed for use in thermal management systems for next-generation vehicles (EV and FCV).

Hiring requirements

Full-time employees who have more than 3 years of experience in the development and design of water-related equipment (water heaters, water supply facilities, toilets / baths, eco-cutes, etc.)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

We will consider your experience and skills. 

● Salary and welfare salary increase once a year, bonus twice a year (2014 actual 5.09 months) 

Housing allowance (Head office: 16,600 yen for single person, 22,100 yen for spouse) 

Family allowance (18,800 for spouse ) Yen, ¥ 7,900 per child), commuting allowance, overtime allowance retirement allowance , industrial machinery health insurance association, property savings system, health resort.


● Training by training and training level (4 levels from new employees), technical training (3 levels), various IT education for sales education, support for English conversation and self-development.

2 days a week (Saturday / Sunday), holidays, founding anniversaries, 

consecutive holidays: New Year’s holiday, summer 9-10 days, Golden Week 6-8 days (annual holidays 121 days)
