Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. University graduates or above (Chemical engineering, chemistry and similar departments, departments) 

2. Language skills: TOEIC score of 500 or higher 

3. Class Dangerous Goods handler 

4. Person who can be transferred 

5. Basic knowledge of organic synthesis, polymer chemistry, and chemical engineering 

6. Experience in organic synthesis experiments 

7. Experience in chemical structure analysis and evaluation of 

organic synthetic products 8. Experience in mass production of 

organic synthetic products 9. Organic synthetic products More than 5 years experience in the laboratory level development, mass production, and practical application review (can improve existing products)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

<Model wages (fiscal 2018)> In the case of 30-year-old: annual income 5.9 million yen (spouse allowance, including housing allowance) 

In the case of 35-year-old: annual income 7.1 million yen (spouse allowance, alimony, including housing allowance)

Salary increase: Once a year (April), Bonus: Yearly 2 times (July / December), commuting allowance (full payment)
