主に食品・飲料・消費財等を取り扱う通販機能を持ったメーカー様や卸企業に対して掲載提案を行います。
ECの仕組みを最大限に活かし、季節に合わせてユーザーニーズを捉えながら商品選定、取引先企業との交渉をいたします。
ユーザーに受け入れられる商品を掲載し、ヒット商品を生み出してください。

・新規取引先のピックアップ
・新規商品の取引商談
・ヒット商品の掲載商材提案
・商材の選定、見積の確認
・商材の掲載関連業務

1.顧客について
主に食品・飲料・消費財などを取り扱う通販機能を持ったメーカーや卸企業、EC事業者が顧客となります。

2.商材について
「サンプル百貨店」 は主婦・OLを中心とした会員200万人超、日本最大級のサンプリングサイトです。
　”有料サンプリング” という販促手法を用いて、商品を通常よりもお得にユーザーへ提供し 、感想などをフィードバックすることで、顧客企業のマーケティング活動を支援します。

3.営業手法・プロセスについて
食品／飲料／美容／日用品など「サンプリング」という販促手法に関心が高い顧客に対し、直接の営業アプローチを行います。
EC※の仕組みを最大限に活かし、季節に合わせてユーザーニーズを捉えながら商品選定や顧客との交渉を行います。

※EC：electronic commerceの略で「電子商取引」のこと。
オンライン・ショッピングなど、インターネットなどのネットワークを利用し、電子的に契約や決済といった商取引をすること。

【事業内容】
サンプリングモール「サンプル百貨店」を運営する、オールアバウト（JASDAQ上場）の100%子会社です。

1. 主力製品・サービス
「サンプル百貨店（ http://www.3ple.jp/ ）」
　食品・飲料・消費財をはじめとする大手メーカーのサンプル品、試供品、トライアルセット等を、
　定価の半額～1/3の費用で会員ユーザーへ提供し、試したユーザーの意見・感想を消費者の生の声として
　企業に届けるサンプル体験サイト。
　主婦・OLを中心に会員数は100万人を突破し、月間1〜2万人のペースで増加中です。

2. 収益モデル
　サンプル百貨店の売値とサンプル品の仕入れ値の「差額」です。
　実利用者の声を、マーケティングデータとして提供することができるため、
　仕入れ値を抑えて在庫調達が出来るという強みを持っています。
（時にはマーケティングデータと引き換えに、無償で商品を提供いただくこともあり）

3. その他の補足情報
　2012年にオールアバウト社と資本・業務提携を締結後、売上が大きく拡大。
　直近3年で売上高約300％アップしています。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：350万～500万円
※給与詳細は経験・能力を考慮の上決定します。
■成果連動型報酬（半期ごと見直し／月給※毎月／裁量労働）

※35時間相当額の超過勤務手当が月例給与に含まれるものとする。
※上記については、超過勤務の有無に関わらず支給されます。
試用期間3ヶ月（本採用の採否については試用期間に総合的に判断して決定）
通勤手当（実費支給、1ヶ月上限5万円まで）

Job Description

We will make posting proposals to manufacturers and wholesalers with mail order functions that mainly handle food, beverages and consumer goods. 

Taking full advantage of the EC mechanism, we will select products and negotiate with business partners while capturing user needs according to the season. 

Post products that are acceptable to users and create hit products.

1. About the customer 

mainly food and Customers include manufacturers, wholesalers, and EC operators with mail order functions that handle beverages and consumer goods. 

2. About Products 

“Sample Department Store” is the largest sampling site in Japan, with more than 2 million members, mainly housewives and OLs. 

　Using the “pay sampling” sales promotion method, products are offered to users at lower prices than usual, and feedback is sent to support customer companies’ marketing activities.

3. Sales method / process We will conduct a direct sales approach to customers who are interested in the “sampling” promotion method such as food / beverage / beauty / daily necessities. 

Taking full advantage of the EC * system, we will select products and negotiate with customers while capturing user needs according to the season.

To conduct electronic transactions such as contracts and payments electronically using networks such as the Internet such as online shopping.

Hiring requirements

・ Food, beverages, consumer goods, cosmetics, etc. Experience in the industry handled by EC 

・ Other business experience in web services

Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 5 million yen

■ Performance-based compensation (reviewed every six months / monthly salary * monthly / discretionary labor) 

* Overtime allowance equivalent to 35 hours is included in the monthly salary.
