Job Description

You will be responsible for the franchise headquarters for real estate companies. This is the operation of the Housing, a nationwide chain of corporate housing for corporations. 

[Concrete operations] 

1. Finding and recruiting candidate stores nationwide 

2. Organizing regular workshops in major cities nationwide 

3. Evaluating service quality of member stores and providing advice on improving responsiveness 

4. Measure the profits of franchised stores and provide advice for improving management efficiency and profitability 

5. Proposing useful products to the network 

6. Sales support for franchisees (supervising activities) 

7. Contracts for new franchisees And renewal contract

[Required requirements] 

Those who meet one of the following requirements: 

1. Franchise chain supervisor experience (3 years or more) 

2. BtoB route sales experience (3 years or more) 

3. Consultant company experience (3 years or more) 

All of the following 

4. IT skill to meet IT skill 

that can operate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and can perform efficient work using these. 

5. Negotiating skills 

You can organize multiple points in conversations with customers and organize points, making small group discussions comfortable. 

6. Communication skills

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual salary: 3.8 million yen to 4.8 million yen (monthly salary 258,000 yen to 294,500 yen + various allowances + bonus) * Including salary 40,000 yen / month including overtime expenses, salary increase once a year (Personnel) Depends on appraisal), bonus twice a year.
