ICT活用のための企画立案、プロデュースからICT技術による同社製品（プラントおよび製造・加工機械）の高度化開発をお任せします。

・同社は1881年大阪の地で創業。2002年には造船部門を分離いたしました。
・「グリーンエネルギー」および「社会インフラ整備と防災」を事業ドメインとし、エネルギー問題では、ごみ焼却発電、風力発電、太陽光・太陽熱発電などの技術を提供しておリます。
・同社の環境事業の中核製品はごみ焼却発電プラントであり、1965年に日本初の発電設備付ごみ焼却施設を納入して以来、世界で850件以上の納入実績があります。2010年には、欧州のトップメーカーInova社を子会社化し、世界トップクラスのメーカーとなりました。
・安全安心な社会の構築のため、世界の水不足問題を解決する海水淡水化プラントの建設、老朽化し倒壊の恐れのある社会インフラのメンテナンス、そして津波被害などから人命を守るGPS海洋ブイ、フラップゲート式津波防波堤の開発にも注力しています。

【必須要件】
以下いずれかの経験のある方
1.ICT活用の企画戦略経験者
2.データサイエンティストとして実務の経験がある方
3.統計学/データアナリスト/人工知能(AI）
4.ディープラーニングなどの知見がある方（RやPython、分析ツール)によるデータ分析の経験ある方
5.システムエンジニアとして、システム要件定義・システム設計・試験仕様作成の経験がある方で、左記業務に活かせるご経験をお持ちの方（プロジェクトマネージャの経験者歓迎）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
年収設定基準：経験、年齢、職位に応じて支給　
給与形態：固定給制　
※年齢、経験により年収例の下限・上限ともに変動の可能性はあります

通勤手当、残業手当、賞与：年2回

We will leave the planning and production for ICT utilization to the advanced development of the company’s products (plants and manufacturing / processing machines) using ICT technology.

【About the company】

・ The company was founded in 1881 in Osaka. In 2002, the shipbuilding division was separated. 

・ “Green energy” and “Social infrastructure development and disaster prevention” are business domains, and for energy issues, we provide technologies such as waste incineration power generation, wind power generation, solar power generation and solar thermal power generation. 

・ The core product of the company’s environmental business is the waste incineration power plant. Since 1965, Japan’s first waste incineration facility with power generation equipment was delivered, and there have been more than 850 deliveries worldwide. In 2010, Europe’s top manufacturer Inova became a subsidiary and became a world-class manufacturer. 

・ For the construction of a safe and secure society, construction of a seawater desalination plant that solves the world’s water shortage problem, maintenance of social infrastructure that is aged and destroyed, and GPS ocean buoys and flap gates that protect human lives from tsunami damage We are also focusing on the development of tsunami breakwaters.

Hiring requirements

[Required Requirements] 

Those who have any of the following experiences: 

1. Those who have experience in planning strategies using ICT 

2. Those who have practical experience as a data scientist 

3. Statistics / Data analyst / Artificial intelligence (AI) 

4. Deep learning Those who have knowledge of data analysis (R, Python, analysis tools <IBM SPSS etc.). 

5. As a system engineer , have experience in system requirements definition, system design, and test specification creation. Those who have experience that can be used in business (project managers who are experienced)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Standards for setting annual income: Payment based on experience, age, and position: 

Fixed salary system　 

* Lower and upper limits of annual income may vary depending on age and experience 

Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, bonus: Twice a year
