【コンフィデンシャル】知的財産業務

知財戦略・知財活動計画の立案・推進業務や、出願・権利化業務などの、知的財産業務を担当していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 知財戦略や知財活動計画の立案・推進業務
事業企画部門や研究開発部門と連携して、当該部門の知財戦略や知財活動計画の立案と、その推進業務を行います。
2. 事業や研究開発への支援・提案（特許情報の調査・解析による）
3. 出願・権利化業務（他社特許対応を含む）

セルロイドの不燃化の実現をめざしてスタートした酢酸セルロース事業とそれによって培われたセルロース化学技術を応用した水溶性高分子事業を幅広い産業分野で展開し、広く社会に貢献しています。

同社は、医薬品開発のためのキラルカラムのリーディングサプライヤーです。　キラルカラムの販売、キラル分取受託サービス、高純度キラル試薬の開発・販売をグローバルに展開しています。

■合成樹脂
エンジニアリングプラスチック、高機能な樹脂コンパウンド製品からポリスチレン系シートや容器包装製品、機能性フィルムなどの多様なプラスチック加工製品で、幅広く社会の発展に貢献しています。

■火工品
火薬工学を応用したハイレベルな製品の開発や自動車エアバッグ用インフレータで社会に貢献しています。

■その他事業
水処理製品、家庭用品、物流サービスなど、ダイセルグループのその他の事業を展開。

～ダイセルグループ長期ビジョン～
ダイセルの長期ビジョン『Grand Vision 2020』では、「売上高100億円規模を狙える5つの新規事業ユニットを創出する。」ことを目標としております。
2010年より、『3D Step-up Plan』と称し、3D-1・3D-2・3D-3と3段階に中期計画を定め計画を進めてきました。

この目標のもと、3D-I、3D-IIの期間中に育ててきた“新事業につながる可能性のある製品”を領域別にまとめて、メディカル・ヘルスケア、コスメ、機能フイルム、電子材料、光学部材として、「新規事業ユニット」の候補と定め、これらについて、3D-IIIの期間中に、経営資源を戦略的に配分していきます。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. 企業における研究開発（または事業企画）、および知的財産業務経験3年以上
2. 知的財産業務での出願・権利化、特許情報の調査解析および出願戦略の立案・推進の経験
3. 英語レベル：TOEIC600点以上
4. 社内で連携をとり、共同して業務を進められる方
5. 人と話をするのが苦にならない方
6. 共同して仕事を進めることが苦にならない方

【尚可】
1. コミュニケーション能力
2. 交渉力（説明力、説得力、論理的思考）
3. 市場開拓や商品開発経験
4. AIPE認定知的財産アナリスト（特許）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：420万円〜710万円
※基準内賃金には、時間外労働の有無に関わらず1ヶ月18～21時間分の時間外手当が含まれます。
※18～21時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
※予定年収や月給・基本給・固定残業代などはあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

〈モデル賃金（2018年度）〉
30歳の場合：年収590万円（配偶者手当、住宅手当含む）
35歳の場合：年収710万円（配偶者手当、扶養手当、住宅手当含む）

昇給：年1回（4月）、賞与：年2回（7月・12月）、通勤手当（全額支給）

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.2 million yen to 7.1 million yen 

* The wage within the standard includes overtime allowance for 18 to 21 hours per month regardless of whether overtime work is done. 

* Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 18-21 hours are provided. 

* Scheduled annual salary, monthly salary, basic salary, fixed overtime, etc. are just a guideline amount and may increase or decrease through selection. 

<Model wages (fiscal 2018)> 

In the case of 30-year-old: annual income 5.9 million yen (spouse allowance, housing allowance included) In the case of 35-year-old: annual income 7.1 million yen (spouse allowance, alimony, including housing allowance) raise: Year Once (April), Bonus: Twice a year (July / December), Commuting allowance (full payment).
