Proposal of various insurance services such as life insurance and non-life insurance mainly on medical insurance.
1. Regarding customers, seniors in their 60s and 70s who have various needs such as “I want to review monthly premiums” and “I want to compare insurance products from several companies to consider joining”.
* We will not make any solicitations to friends or acquaintances.
2. About products We will make optimal proposals that will fulfill our customers’ wishes from the dozens of insurance products we handle.
3. Sales methods / processes
1) About 3 months after joining the company, tele appointment service at call center (average number of calls 700 / day), sending materials, obtaining insurance qualification
2) 4th month after joining the sales department You will be assigned to a team and you will learn the flow of work with senior employees.
Introducing insurance products and obtaining visit appointments for customers who have already shipped materials
3) From the sixth month of joining the company to visit customers and make proposals. (Average number of visits: 4 / day)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Monthly income : 216,500 yen- Salary increase: Once a year, Bonus: Twice a year (Financial bonus).
Full transportation expenses, qualification allowance, housing allowance of 30,000 yen (* within 3 stations from Nakano Sakagami Station), various insurance (employment, occupational accidents, health, welfare pension), various qualification acquisition support systems, internal and external training.
