Job Description

[Business description] 

1. Legal check of various legal documents in the company, contract legal affairs contracts (in-house, group documents, legal review of meeting materials), institutional legal affairs and general affairs work in cooperation with the main departments 

・ Dispute lawsuit response (lawyer correspondence), the law firm corresponding advice on and other group companies business transactions 

2. Other Affairs, legal affairs and shareholders’ general meeting related practices (convocation notice create, business reporting) 

will be conducted in the affairs trunk departments cooperate with 

・ Other general affairs 

[About the division of duties of existing members] 

Each of the three members is mainly responsible for the following duties: 

①Internal public relations, document management, internal control 

②Shareholders’ meeting, shareholding association, welfare, health and safety 

③Asset management, management, Insurance headquarters, fire prevention, and disaster prevention are handled in cooperation with other groups (risk management). 

In addition, shareholder meetings and other items with a wide range of responses are being shared within the Group.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Annual salary: 5 million yen to 7.5 million yen (including overtime allowance) 

Monthly wage: 290 to 350,000 yen (excluding overtime allowance) 

Full payment of transportation expenses
