法務スタッフとして、国内・海外のグループ各社の法務業務全般を担当していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 各種契約書の検討、作成、交渉（国内7割、海外3割程度）
2. 各種サービス利用規約に関する業務
3. 法律相談対応（新規ビジネススキームの法的検討を含む）
4. 法令など調査、レポート
5. 知的財産管理
6. 法務教育、啓蒙対応
7. 取締役会事務局に関する補助業務
8. 株主総会運営に関する補助業務
9. 訴訟対応
10. M&A、アライアンス、投資案件対応
11. 顧問弁護士対応（海外現地法律事務所を含む）

セプテーニ・ホールディングスはインターネット事業を中心に事業展開する企業グループを統括する持株会社です。

1.主力サービス
　1）ネットマーケティング事業（売上の8割）
　2）メディアコンテンツ事業（売上の0.2割）
　3）新規事業（売上の1.8割）

法人企業向けにインターネットを活用した包括的なマーケティング支援サービスを提供し、インターネット広告の販売や各種ウェブソリューションの提供をはじめ、自社サービスとしてアドネットワーク等のマーケティングプラットフォームやクラウド型CRM（Customer Relationship Management）サービスの運営も手がけています。

「マンガコンテンツ事業」では、自社IP（intellectual property=知的財産）の企画・開発を目的に、マンガ家の育成・輩出、マンガ配信サービスの運営を手がけ、その他にも社内ベンチャーから生まれた新規事業として、「採用」「社会貢献」「医療」に関するプラットフォーム型の事業を展開しています。

2.収益モデル
売上の8割程度は、広告代理事業として法人顧客に対してインターネット（主にFacebookページや広告の運営）を活用したマーケティング支援サービスを提供し収益を得ております。

Job Description

As a legal staff, you will be responsible for all legal services for domestic and overseas group companies.

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Salary: Monthly salary + bonus (twice a year)
