Job Description

You will be responsible for all management planning operations, including the entire subsidiaries and holdings. 



[Concrete operations] 

1. Budgeting, forecast analysis management status and management issues,  

financial analysis to achieve profit plan, control for group companies  formulation / definition of management indicators, KPI setting medium- to long-term business planning (consolidated, non-consolidated) 

2. business scheme built for business expansion, marketing strategies  

and new field entry diversification strategy planning by  

(such as a new business / joint venture / acquisitions) and strategicinvestment projects analysis and evaluation of  

– planning and operation of the group within the system intended for businessactivation 

3. investment destination and group company management of  

risk management  

pursuit of research and analysis of the actual situation of-unprofitablebusinesses and challenges of the study and solution




TREATMENT CONDITIONS AND SALARY BONUS

Estimated annual income: 5 to 

7.5 million yen ( including pre-tax and overtime allowance) Monthlysalary: 290 to 350,000 yen (excluding pre-tax and overtime allowance) 

* Determined based on experience and skills, and salary of previous job Todo. 

Full payment of transportation expenses
