【配属部署】
森谷代表直下で業務遂行をしていただきます。

事業立ち上げに伴う関連業務を幅広くご担当いただきます。
　
【具体的には】
同社の語学学習プラットフォーム「Wiz Heart」と国内大手英会話スクールとの提携を進めています。
オフライン学習が主なスクールにおいて、同社テクノロジーを用いて
学生の受講継続率や習熟度を高めていくためのプラン設計、実行・推進、
社内体制の整備　などをご担当いただく予定です。
　
本連携は現在代表が単身で進めているため、徐々に業務を引き継ぎながら
ゆくゆくはお一人で複数の連携プロジェクトを遂行していただけることを期待しています。

【事業内容】
英語・中国語・日本語において、述べ3万人以上の語学習得を実現してきた、Learning Science Companyです。
受講者の学習を科学的・体系的にデザインすることで着実に成果が上がるプログラムを提供しています。

1. 主力製品・サービス
1）完走実現プログラム「Wiz Heart」
英語コンテンツを最後までやり抜くことを目的にした英語学習プログラム。
3万人以上の学習履歴を元に、受講者がやり抜く成功パターンをデータベース化、
個々人の進捗状況に応じて効果的なタイミングでサポートを実施することで
受講完了率90%以上を実現しています。

2）中国語学習システム「超速中国語」
ゼロ～中上級レベル（中検3級・新HSK4級程度）に至るまでの学習をサポートする
トレーニングシステム。特に初めて中国語を学習する人の発音基礎教育において
最大の効果を発揮し、最終的には一人で出張、 旅行に行けるレベルから
ビジネスシーンで困らないレベルの中国語を習得できます。

3）外国籍社員向け「日本語学習教育プログラム」
海外本社で働く外国籍社員を対象に、現地日本語学校と連携して行う
日本語教育プログラム。国内外の日本企業で働く外国籍社員の日本語力を
サポートし、初期教育のeラーニングからビジネスライティング、
国内外場所を選ばないオンラインレッスン、対面レッスン、商習慣の違いなど
文化面の講座も提供しています。

4）人材グローバル化支援
新卒・若手を対象とした異文化理解プログラムから、
海外への赴任者を対象とした赴任前、赴任後プログラムまで、
ニーズに応じて最適なプログラムを提供しています。
1回1日（8時間）の内容から、海外にて実施する1シリーズあたり3～4回の内容、
異文化コミュニケーションの基礎から、中国、アメリカなどの国別セミナー、
異文化マネジメント（コンフリクトマネジメント）など豊富なラインナップが特徴です。

【必須要件】
以下を満たす方
1. 経営企画、事業開発、営業企画、サービス企画などの企画部門経験者
2. 他職種、他部署との連携をしながら案件マネジメントを行った経験

【歓迎要件】
1. 戦略系、人事系、IT系のコンサルティング会社での業務経験
2. 事業立ち上げフェーズのご経験
3. 教育業界の知見をお持ちの方
4. 大手企業との商談経験がある方
5. TOEIC 700点以上の英語力

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
フレックスタイム制あり（標準労働時間8時間／コアタイム 12：00～15：00）

Job Description

You will be responsible for a wide range of related tasks associated with the start-up of the business. 

[Specifically] 

We are promoting partnerships with the company’s language learning platform “Wiz Heart” and a major English conversation school in Japan. In schools where mainly offline learning is planned, the company will be responsible for plan design, execution / promotion, and in- house system development to increase student continuation rate and proficiency using the company’s technology . 

This collaboration is currently being carried out by the representative alone, so we expect that you will be able to carry out multiple collaboration projects by yourself while gradually taking over the work .

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

Those who meet the following requirements: 

1. Experience in planning departments such as management planning, business development, sales planning, and service planning. 

2. Experience in project management in cooperation with other occupations and other departments. 

[Welcome requirements] 

1. Experience in strategic, human resources and IT consulting companies. 

2. Experience in the business startup phase. 

3. Knowledge in the education industry. 

4. Experience in business talks with major companies. 

5. TOEIC English score of 700 points or more.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Flextime system available (standard working hours 8 hours / core time 12: 00-15: 00)
