Job Description

You will be in charge of following an existing agency (pet shop) and developing a new agency.

※ Business rate Assumes 80% follow-up of existing agents and 20% of new agent development.

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 4.5 million yen (monthly salary + incentive).

【コンフィデンシャル案件】代理店営業職(ペットショップ)【未経験枠】

【配属部署】
メンバー：15名

既存の代理店（ペットショップ）のフォローおよび新規代理店開拓を担当していただきます。

【具体的な業務】
・営業個人ごとに担当エリアを決め、エリア内の既存代理店（ペットショップなど）訪問
・新規代理店の開拓も合わせて行い、保険商品の説明や取扱いの提案
※業務割合は、既存代理店のフォロー8割、新規代理店開拓2割程度を想定

【業務内容補足】
営業担当者1名あたり約40店舗を担当していただき、1日約8店舗ほどの代理店を周り、状況の確認や販売指導を行います。
また、東日本営業所は1都6県をカバーしているため、担当者ごとにエリアを割り振ります。
※営業担当者1名につき社用車を割り振ります

※ペットショップにて現場研修あり（期間：2ヶ月程度）
