【配属部署】
チーム構成：20名程度（予定）

来場者数世界第4位のテーマパーク「ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン」の、各種新規イベントの製作・運営を手掛ける部門にて、購買のスペシャリストとして、ソーシングやパーチェシングを担当していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. ソーシング担当
・新規ベンダー開拓
・ベンダーとの条件交渉
・ベンダーのリスク管理など
※特に大型案件は、社内関連部門との連携が必要になります。
2. パーチェシング担当
主に発注後の購買管理業務（納期や検収、請求など）

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. 購買業務経験（専任で関わったか否かは問わず）
2. 直接材または間接材における、担当分野・カテゴリーのマネジメント経験
3. 仕様や価格、納期、取引条件などに関し、ベンダーや社内関係者との交渉経験
4. ロジカルシンキング・定量分析の能力（数字に強く、物事をロジカルに考えることのできる方）
5. 初級レベルのパソコンスキル：Word、Excel、PowerPoint
6. 初級程度の英語力

【尚可】
1. 数千万円～数億円程度の契約案件に従事した経験
2. 外資系企業での業務経験
3. 業務改革やシステム改革に取り組んだ経験
4. 海外調達経験
5. マネジメント経験（主任、課長代理の場合、人数不問）
6. エンターテイメントビジネス、アミューズメントビジネスにまつわる経験
7. 英語によるコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベルの会話・Eメール）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：300万～800万円
※別途実働に応じた時間外手当あり
※経験、年齢などを考慮の上、同社規定により決定します。

昇給：年1回、賞与：年2回、交通費全額支給

1. Purchasing experience (regardless of whether they are involved in full-time or not) 

2. Experience in management of the field / category in charge of direct materials or indirect materials 

3. Specifications, prices, delivery times, transactions Negotiations with vendors and internal parties regarding conditions, etc. 

4. Logical thinking / quantitative analysis skills (those who are strong in numbers and can think about things logically) 

5. Beginner level PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

6. Beginner-level English proficiency

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 3 million to 8 million yen
