Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: Club members, 3.4 to 8 million yen

【コンフィデンシャル】ショー音響管理・オペレート

【配属部署】
【チーム構成】
20名（女性18名・男性2名）

来場者数世界第4位のテーマパーク「ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン」内での、エンターテイメントライブショーの音響に関する運営･管理などを担当いただきます。

【具体的な業務】
1.団体パーティなどでの本格的な音楽ライブショーでの音響オペレート
※毎回ショーの内容が異なるため、音響管理自らがオペレートします
・ステージマネージャーとの打ち合わせ
・司会者や出演者の確認、音の種類やオンオフのタイミングのすり合わせ
・当日の運営（機材の設置、リハーサル、本番）
・会場の雰囲気や状況を把握して音響を操作します

2.パーク内の「野外ステージ」や「路上での音楽ショー」での運営マネージメント
・機材を操作する音響オペレーター（アルバイトクルー）のマネジメントやフォロー
・ショーの運営（オペレーションルームで全体像を確認しながら待機します）
・トラブル時（クルーの転倒、機材の故障等）の音の変更などの指示
※音響オペレーターとは電話やメールで逐一連絡を取りあいます

3.チームマネージメント
・部下である音響オペレーターの労務管理、シフト管理
・業務スキルやゲストへのサービス向上に関する管理、育成

部下である音響オペレーターの労務管理、シフト管理も行ないます。特に大切なのは、ゲストへのサービスの向上です。現在、クルーのホスピタリティ精神を高める「マジカル・モーメント・プロジェクト」を実施中。各部門で力を入れて取り組んでいます。
