Job Description

You will be responsible for all proposal sales activities for “Infrastructure Sharing Solutions”. 

* Consulting activities (explanation, problem solving during introduction, etc.) are the main activities rather than sales activities. 

1. Approach to real estate company (developer) 

2. Proposal activity for “infrastructure sharing solution” that integrates mobile phone indoor equipment. 

It is said that 70 to 80% of mobile phones are used indoors, but in the communication environment in the basement, high floors, large buildings, etc., the connection within the building can be achieved only by radio waves from outside. There are many situations where the communication speed is slow because there are many users. 

By improving the indoor mobile communication environment, the satisfaction of building users such as tenants, residents, and customers has increased, and the importance of mobile phones has increased as a lifeline in the event of a disaster. It leads to improvement. 

[What is our infrastructure sharing solution?]

 Antennas, wiring, and relay devices that have been individually installed by each mobile company so far in the maintenance of portable radio wave environments (non-sense measures) in buildings such as commercial facilities and office buildings 

Is a solution that uses JTOWER’s shared facilities . 

Since construction in the building can be completed at once, the cost and work process required for countermeasures are greatly reduced, which brings benefits to all stakeholders (general users, mobile companies, real estate companies). 

This solution is therefore becoming a new trend in the domestic telecommunications industry.

It has been installed in leading large-scale facilities in Japan, including AEON MALL. 


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4-8 million yen 

* Determined based on experience, skills, desired annual income (previous salary), etc. 

* Includes fixed overtime allowance for 60 hours per month (110,000 to 210,000 yen per month). 

* An additional allowance will be provided for overtime work over 60 hours per month. 

Commuting expenses (up to 50,000 yen / month)

Selection process

Document selection → Interview (2-3 times) → Temporary

2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, annual paid leave (granted for 10 days from half a year after joining the company)
