【コンフィデンシャル】ステージ・装飾品技術者

【配属部署】
【チーム構成】20名程度(予定）

来場者数世界第4位のテーマパーク「ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン」の、各種新規イベントの製作・運営を手掛ける部門にて、下記業務を担当いただきます。

【具体的な業務】
1.ショー、イベント製作における会場や装置、装飾品（ステージセット、小道具）の設置・準備
※クリエイティブチームと連携して行います。
2.スケジュール調整や予算管理
3.外注業者マネジメント（仕様検討、予算、注文書作成、現場管理など）

【事業内容】
ハリウッド映画のテーマパークであるユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパンの運営会社。大阪市此花区に本社を置く。

【必須要件】
下記全てを満たす方
1.装飾製作工事（木工、造形、塗装）に関わる業務知識、現場での経験
2.関係者と円滑な調整が行えるコミュニケーション能力（作業内容、納期などの調整）
3.PCスキル（Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Project）
4.英語力（初級程度、読み書きレベル）

【尚可】
1.エンターテイメント、ライブショー、コンサートなどの業界での装飾経験
2.美大・美術専門学校において、木工や造形、調色やエージングについて学ばれた方
3.建築施工管理技師または建築士有資格者（無資格の場合は実務経験による）
4.エンターテイメントビジネス、アミューズメントビジネスに纏わる経験。
5.英語力（ビジネスレベル）
6.AutoCADの知識・スキル

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：300～800万円
※別途実働に応じた時間外手当有

昇給：年1回、賞与：年2回、通勤手当（全額支給）

・週休2日を基本（業務の進捗状況により週末勤務の可能性もあり、代休取得で対応）

Job Description

You will be responsible for the following operations in the department that produces and manages various new events at Universal Studios Japan, the 4th largest theme park in the world.

1. Installation / preparation of venues and equipment and decorations (stage sets, props) for show and event production 

* Cooperated with the creative team. 

2. Schedule adjustment and budget management 

3. Subcontractor management (specification review, budget, order creation, site management, etc.)

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements]

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. Work knowledge related to decoration production work (woodwork, modeling, painting), on-site experience 

2. Communication ability to make smooth adjustments with relevant parties (work content, adjustment of delivery date, etc.) ) 

3. PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) 

4. English ability (Beginner level, reading and writing level) 

[Also acceptable] 

1. Experience in decoration in entertainment, live shows, concerts, etc. 

2. Beauty University / Art Those who have learned about woodworking, modeling, toning and aging at a vocational school 

3. Building construction management engineer or architect qualified person (if not qualified, based on practical experience) 

4. Experience in entertainment business and amusement business. 

5. English proficiency (business level) 

6. AutoCAD knowledge and skills

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 3-8 million yen 

* Separate overtime allowance with extra 

work: Once a year, Bonus: Twice a year, Commuting allowance (full payment)
