Job Description

You will be responsible for the company’s overall HR operations. From policy clarification to system planning, education, recruitment, and labor (responding to employees), you will be able to perform all at once.

1. personnel system design and operation and evaluation system and wages, grade, etc. · Bonus Plan 

2. Pducation plan, planning and operation-year education plan, budgeting, new employee training, English training, Japanese such as training 

3. recruitment, placement, personnel planning, change management, budgeting and interview flow construction, etc. , mid-career (domestic and foreign engineers, sales, management planning, management department), new graduates (year one person about) 

Time adopted ( 1 to 2 people a year) 

・ Others, transfer adjustments and procedures, etc. 

4. Labor / Rules establishment and revision (Rules revision based on labor risks and legal revisions) 

・ In-house rules establishment, revision, penetration, health and safety management ( Measure establishment / operation, occupational physician, hygiene committee, working hour management, etc.) attendance management (with some salary data checks), acceptance of foreign employees (visa application, etc.), employee correspondence (labor investigation, law). Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.5 million yen to 6 million yen 

* Annual income includes fixed overtime equivalent of 25 hours per month. 

<Breakdown of annual salary> 

4.5 million yen annual salary: basic salary 264,000 yen + deemed overtime pay 51,563 yen (25 hours) 

Annual salary 6 million yen: basic salary 349,000 yen + deemed overtime pay 68,164 yen (25 hours) 

monthly salary, bonus: twice a year (6 Monthly / December), regular salary increases: Once a year (April), commuting allowance (subsidized for one month based on company regulations)
