グループの親会社である同社における、財務経理担当を募集します。

【具体的な業務】
1.会計、財務、資金、税務等の実務全般
2.月次、四半期、年次の財務諸表、連結財務諸表の作成
3.開示資料の作成
4.会社資金及び流動性管理
5.法人税等の申告
6.国税庁等の税務調査、監査法人による会計監査への対応
7.J-SOX等内部統制対応
8.新規サービス、取引、事業等を実施した際の影響及び会計処理の検討

同社グループは「テクノロジーでお金と経済のあり方を変える」のコーポレートビジョンのもと、成長性の高いインターネット領域を中心に事業を展開しています。当該領域は、新しいテクノロジーやサービスの出現により劇的な変化を続けており、積極的に新規サービスの開発に取り組んでいます。このような事業環境の中、当社グループ会社の事業概要・事業構造・業界状況等を把握し、新たなサービスの影響などについて、財務経理の観点から意見具申を行なう業務を担っていただきます。

メタップスは、全世界8拠点で事業を展開しており、以下3つの事業で得られたデータをAI（人工知能）に反復学習させることで、加速度的に成長する経済圏（プラットフォーム）を作り出すことを目指しております。

【3つの事業領域】
◆FINANCE
お客様のニーズに沿った決済ソリューション、お金を借りたい人と貸したい金融機関をマッチングする融資プラットフォームなどを展開。今後は大手金融機関との連携を推進しながら、他金融領域にも積極的に進出予定。
◆MARKETING
オンライン広告配信や取得したユーザ行動や広告効果データの分析、販促の最適化まで企業のプロモーションをワンストップで支援。グローバル展開やオフライン広告などを含めた総合的なサポートを展開。
◆CONSUMER
「時間」を売買するプロダクトや大手メガバンクと取り組むスマホ決済アプリ、テクノロジーを用いた不動産ビジネスの支援など、一般消費者向けの革新的なサービスを展開。

【募集背景】
【募集枠：1名】

【必須要件】
1.日商簿記2級以上
2.連結決算経験者（半年以上/アシスタント経験可）

【歓迎要件】
1.上場企業における財務・経理部門経験者
2.会計監査対応経験者
3.J-SOX対応経験者
4.公認会計士・USCPA・税理士資格保有者

Job Description

We are looking for a finance manager at the parent company of the group. 

[Specific operations] 

1. General practice of accounting, finance, funds, tax, etc. 

2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements 

3. Preparation of disclosure materials 

4. Company funds and liquidity Management 

5.Corporate tax declaration 

6.Tax investigation by the National Tax Agency, 

etc.Responding to accounting audits by audit corporations 7.Internal controls for J-SOX, etc. 8.Impacts and accounting of new services, transactions, business, etc. Consideration of processing

[About the position] 

The company group, based on the corporate vision of “changing the way money and economy with technology”, focusing on businesses with a high growth Internet area Expanding. This area continues to change dramatically with the advent of new technologies and services, and is actively developing new services. In such a business environment, you will be responsible for understanding the business outline, business structure, industry conditions, etc. of the Group companies and providing opinions on the impact of new services from the perspective of financial accounting.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

1. Nissho Bookkeeping Grade 2 or above 

2. Consolidated financial results experience (more than half a year / assistant experience possible) 

[Welcome requirements] 

1. Experienced finance / accounting department in listed company 

2. Experience in accounting audit 

3. Experienced J-SOX support 

4. Certified public accountant / USCPA / certified tax accountant
