【ポジション】
施工管理（アミューズメント施設・商業店舗）

商業店舗、アミューズメント施設、医療施設、福祉施設を対象とし、建築に関わる工程管理をご担当いただきます。

【業務内容】
クライアントに内外装などの設計・デザインに関する要望をヒアリングします。
案件は既存顧客や協力会社からのご紹介によるもの、
または既存顧客のリピートによるものが7～8割を占めます。
　▼
クライアントの要望に加え、周辺環境なども考慮して
設計部にデザイン・図面作成を指示します。
　▼
出来上がったプランをクライアントに提案。詳細を詰め、見積もりを提出します。
　▼
施工に際しては、スケジュールを組み立て、進捗状況を管理。 現場に常駐する事もあります。
完成後、クライアントに引き渡しとなります。

※業務の進行は、同社の設計部や協力会社と連携して行っていきます。
　それぞれのタイミングで的確に指示を出し、 建築の全工程を
　総合的にプロデュースしていく職種です。
※1案件あたりの工期は1～6ヶ月
※1人あたり平均5～6件ほど並行してご担当いただきます。

■基本的には企業様からの元請け案件です。
■新店舗開発、リニューアルどちらの案件もございます。
■直行直帰が可能です。
■首都圏のほか、全国のニーズにも応えることがございます。
その場合は日帰りの出張をメインにして対応します。
■近年ではディスプレイ・コントラクト事業も強化し、より幅広いニーズに応えています。

【必須要件】
■普通自動車運転免許(AT可)
■施工管理の実務経験（対象物問わず）

【歓迎要件】
■1級・2級建築施工管理技士

Job Description

 Instructthe design department to create designs and drawings in 
consideration of the surrounding environment in addition to clientrequests 
.

Propose the completed plan to clients. Pack details and submit aquote. 
▼ 
Assemble the schedule and manage the progress at the time ofconstruction. There are times when it resides on the spot. 
After completion, it will be handed over to the client. 

* The work will be carried out in cooperation with the company’s designdepartment and partner companies. 
It 
is atype of job that gives precise instructions at eachtiming and produces the entire construction process comprehensively. 
* The construction period per project is 1 to 6 months. 
* An average of 5 to 6 projects per person will be in charge. 

[This position] 
■ Basically a prime contract from a company. 
■ There are both new store development and renewal projects. 
■ Direct bounce is possible. 
■ In addition to the Tokyo metropolitan area, we may meet the needs of thewhole country. 
In that case, we will respond mainly to day trips. 
■ In recent years, the display contract business has been strengthened to meeta wider range of needs.
