① Law business

▼Proposal of customer training services based on interviews and customer negotiations.

Support for construction and operation

▼Regular training effect measurement, follow-up after implementation.

▼Responsible for existing clients from 120 companies to 180 companies.

One from four areas: wholesale / sales / service,manufacturing, advertising / professional service.

Payroll details

・ Annual income: 4.6 to 7.8 million yen: Annual salary system.

* The annual salary is divided into 14 parts, 12 parts are paid as a fixed salary and 2 parts are paid as a regular bonus.

・ Freight fixed salary breakdown Basic salary: 174,158 yento 295,316 yen.

Fixed overtime fee: 154,442 yen to 261,884 yen (75 hours ofnormal overtime + 40 hours of late-night extra work + equivalent to 28 hours of absenteeism work).

* Regardless of overtime work , Fixed pay as overtimeallowance (excess payable separately).
