Western food cooking operations

We are planning to open a Western-style restaurant with the characteristics ofutilizing seafood suitable for a wonderful seaside resort hotel. 
First of all, we will propose and offer meat dishes and desserts mainly onseafood. 
In the future, wedding dishes are also planned.

It depends on how much talent you can meet, but at the start we expect a nightcourse of ¥ 6000 to ¥ 10,000 and an average budget of ¥ 25,000 for twopeople. I would like to raise the price range by evaluating therestaurant.
