Job Description

The sales promotion department is divided into the following three teams. 

1. Web Contact: operation and management of the brand site. 

2. Production in charge: catalog, movies, leaflets, etc. production. 

3. PR Contact: brand utilizing SNS PR, tie-up planning was magazines, management of the exhibition as the current is produced in charge, productions I will leave the direction of.

Mainly, we will meet with subcontractors who are requesting production of pamphlets, movies and fixtures (POPs, leaflets) to be used / distributed in stores, and will direct a series of operations up to delivery.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary: 330,000 yen (commuting allowance: full payment). 

Bonus: three times a year (full-time only) basic, contract renewal of every year (depending on the contract period by the time he joined) have full-time appointment system (as the performance of full-time appointment is Currently, more than 95% of contract employees are appointed as full-time employees, including those who wish to hire themselves as contract employees or who have not reached the skills they have sought. (Although there are people, most of them are full-time employees.)

Holiday

Annual holidays: 111 days (10-20 days of annual holidays).

Weekly holidays: 2 Company offices are open 16 days a year on Saturdays (working on Saturday in busy season) * Closed on Sundays.

【コピー】【急募】販促制作担当（株式会社エフ・ディ・シィ・プロダクツにて採用）

【配属部署】
次長（男性）、マネージャーディレクター1名、制作担当4名、プレス担当2名、PRその他担当6名

販売促進部は下記3チームに分かれています。
①Web担当：ブランドサイトの運営・管理
②制作担当：カタログ、ムービー、リーフレット等の制作
③PR担当：SNSを活用したブランドPR、雑誌たのタイアップ企画、展示会の運営

今回は制作担当として、制作物のディレクションをお任せします。
主には、店舗で利用・配布するパンフレット、ムービー、什器（POP、リーフレット）を制作をお願いしている外注先の方と打ち合わせを行い、納品までの一連の業務をディレクションします。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
月給：330,000円〜（通勤手当：全額支給）
賞与：年3回（正社員のみ）
基本、1年毎の契約更新（入社時期によって契約期間が異なります）
正社員登用制度あり（正社員登用の実績としては、現在95%以上の契約社員が正社員へ登用されております。 中には自ら契約社員での雇用を希望される方や、求めていたスキルに達していない等の理由で 継続して契約社員の方もいますが、大体は正社員になっております。）
