1. Medium-term business plan formulation , market analysis, targeting, Creationof competitive advantage and business tactics planning
2.Implementation of measures to achieve business plan together with each personin charge (product planning / recruitment planning)
3.PDCA management of numerical plan in fiscal year / month
4. Business planning / management / various rules , such as theformulation of guidelines
5. backup of each business and productivity improvement and promotionof BPR,
6.Medium-term strategic planning, study of short-term problem-solvingmeasures
as the right arm of business officer, the existing business units (Personnelintroduction, job change site, executive class recruitment, apparel specialist recruitment,marketing department, etc.).

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Estimated annual income: 4.4 million yen-6.9million yen Monthly salary: 240,000 yen-
