Job Description

In charge of business planning andmanagement planning at the company, which mainly develops services mainly inthe human resources business. Your position will be determined accordingto your experience and aptitude. 

<Assumed areas> 
Recruitment business (recruitment service),job change media business (job change site doda), Works business (an and LINEpart -time work), etc. 
[Specific operations] 
1. Medium-term business plan formulation , market analysis,  targeting, Creationof competitive advantage and business tactics planning 
2.Implementation of measures to achieve business plan together with each personin charge (product planning / recruitment planning) 
3.PDCA management of numerical plan in fiscal year / month 
4. Business planning / management / various rules , such as theformulation of guidelines 
5. backup of each business and productivity improvement and promotionof BPR, 
6.Medium-term strategic planning, study of short-term problem-solvingmeasures 
as the right arm of business officer, the existing business units (Personnelintroduction, job change site, executive class recruitment, apparel specialist recruitment,marketing department, etc.).

After joining the company, after about 2 weeks ofintroduction training, you will learn how to work at OJT. Aftersix months to a year, we will be in charge of planning for one businessalone. 
In the future,regardless of your career field, you can use your transfer application systemtwice a year to challenge yourself with a wider range of tasks.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.4 million yen-6.9million yen Monthly salary: 240,000 yen- 
* Annual income is the estimated amount when the overtime of the month is 40hours. 
* Overtime allowance will be paid separately to the above salary. 
Salary increase, promotion, bonus: Scheduled twice a year
