[Business Overview]
We will conduct consulting sales to make proposals directly related to the customer’s business, such as construction tools and construction methods for our products.
It is a solution proposal-type sales, such as management problems of existing clients, cost performance, improvement of business problems.
There is a lot of room for expansion in the Japanese market, and we are hiring more sales employees to keep growing.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus
Monthly salary of 296,100 yen + monthly bounty
* Monthly bounty: Team incentive standard amount: 21,000 yen (when team achievement rate is 100%)
Individual incentive standard amount: 49,000 yen (when individual achievement rate is 100%)
Monthly salary + incentive Standard amount = 366,100 yen
Bonus twice per year = Standard payment amount once: 390,000 yen × 2 times = 780,000 yen

3. 営業手法・プロセスについて
イベント出展、紹介(顧客や株主経由)、Web広告からリードを獲得しています。
