Proposal sales that match engineers and companies.
1. IT companies and partner companies that
deal with system development for customers
2. Proposal of human resources required by customers such as arrangement of engineers and project managers for development projects for products.
3. Mainly on matching methods such as “What kind of engineers are you looking for?” And “Is there a job that suits the engineers?”
After carefully understanding the skills and customer needs of each engineer, we will coordinate human resources and follow up with engineers at our company and partner companies as needed. In addition to cultivating existing customers, we will also actively develop new customers.
4. Other supplementary information In addition to industry knowledge and IT terminology, hearing ability and speed are also required, but once you have basic knowledge, it is a job that even those who are not experienced in the industry can easily learn.

【ポジション】法人営業(経験者枠)【配属部署】7名のチームです。エンジニアと企業をマッチングさせる提案営業です。
1. 顧客について
システム開発を手がけるIT企業ならびに協力会社
2. 商材について
開発プロジェクトにおけるエンジニアやプロジェクトマネージャーの手配など、
顧客が求める人材を提案します。
3. 営業手法・プロセスについて
「どういったエンジニアを求めているのか?」や「エンジニアに見合う案件がないか?」
などといったマッチング業務がメインになります。
各エンジニアのスキルと顧客ニーズをよく把握した上で、人材をコーディネートしたり
自社及び協力会社のエンジニアへ随時フォローも行います。
既存顧客の深耕はもちろん、新規顧客の開拓も積極的に進めていただきます。
