1. IT companies and partner companies that
deal with system development for customers
2. Proposal of human resources required by customers such as arrangement of engineers and project managers for development projects for products.
3. Mainly on matching methods such as “What kind of engineers are you looking for?” And “Is there a job that suits the engineers?”
After carefully understanding the skills and customer needs of each engineer, we will coordinate human resources and follow up with engineers at our company and partner companies as needed. In addition to cultivating existing customers, we will also actively develop new customers.
4. Other supplementary information In addition to industry knowledge and IT terminology, hearing ability and speed are also required, but once you have basic knowledge, it is a job that even those who are not experienced in the industry can easily learn.
