Job Description

■ Cost planning and management related to new product development of combine, construction machinery, and engine The 

role of this department is to improve model profitability and contribute to business expansion by promoting cost planning activities in new model development. 

As the person responsible for cost / cost, he / she will lead cost reduction proposal / planning / execution / improvement, etc. from the viewpoint of cost / quality / schedule as a controlling person of various related departments such as design, sales, procurement and manufacturing. 

[Specific operations] 

As the new model in charge of development, the cost of the new product is calculated based on the drawings of the engineering department, the manufacturing man-hours of the factory, and the purchase price of procurement, and the deviation from the development target is analyzed. If you have not achieved it, you will be required to act as a cost controller that instructs and proposes countermeasures to each department. 

(1) Establishing a cost plan (cost concept) with the engineering department at the development concept stage of a new model, 

 setting targets, studying means for achieving the goals (2) 

Assessing the cost of drawings created based on the cost plan and setting cost targets ( 

3) Related departments Develop cost targets for (factory, procurement), request production review and drive CD activities

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million to 8.5 million yen

<Initial salary> 

Graduate graduate (master): monthly salary of 237,000 yen / university graduate: monthly salary of 217,000 yen * April 2017 results 

<annual income reference example>
