Job Description

Flow to stand alone:

Hiring requirementsIndispensable experience (one of the following), experience in the human resources industry, recruitment experience in operating companies, sales experience (intangible products).

Discretionary labor system 

fixed overtime system.

Fixed overtime pay basic salary: 241,000 yen to 325,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 50,000 yen to 50,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime hours: Additional wages for overtime over 45 hours fixed overtime hours: Yes.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary system without bonus (12% is paid), there is a salary increase twice a year (may not depend on results), performance-linked bonus (may have a year-end bonus depending on company performance).
