【ポジション】CS企画担当【配属部署】企画部門は現在3名体制で、部長が企画マネージャーを兼務中、メンバーが2名います。■業務内容:
「(株)リンク・プロセシング」のカスタマーサポート部にて、顧客体験の充実および利益拡大
に向けたプロジェクトや部内の作業効率化に関する企画提案を担っていただきます。
(1)関係部門と連携し、PDCA サイクルの管理や KPI 達成
(2)カスタマーエクスペリエンスの充実を利益拡大に向けた施策の立案
(3)作業効率の向上と業務の標準化
■具体的には:
決済ソリューション「Anywhere」の新規クライアント登録フローを合理化やそれをサブシステムとして立ち上げるための要件定義、または在庫管理の標準化などです。
また大型導入案件(数千〜数万アカウント)に関して、 都度組成されるプロジェクトに導入コ
ンサルや他エンジニアとともに参加し、当該クライアントから上がるトランザクションのオペレーションを標準化するため、企画的な立場から発案・調整していただき、都度 ブレークダウンしてカスタマーサポート部のメンバーのタスクを整理する仕事です。【事業内容】金融 ・ 決済領域を中心とした事業開発【募集背景】【募集枠1名】

・企画業務経験が 2 年以上ある方(業務要件の定義、業務フローの作成など)

At the Customer Support Department of “Link Processing”, you will be responsible for project proposals for enhancing customer experience and increasing profits, as well as planning proposals for improving work efficiency within the department.
