Job Description

As a Service Producer, Customer StrategyDepartment, you will plan and promote services (products) that realize the Companyecosystem experience that is trusted, loved and chosen by customers. The coremembers of the project consist of the strategic planning department, the UXdesign department, and the marketing department, and the development processinvolves the key persons of each company’s business.

1. Service concept design based on customer strategy andmarket insight 

Leverage the company’s huge membership base,industry’s No.1 Company points and brand power, and other services (product)across the business Promotion of planning and development. 

2. Management of UX / communication planning / production /development / creative departments, etc. 

3. Growth hack after release
