Job Description

As Web Director, you will lead the planning, design, production, effect verification and improvement of Company Ecosystem related products and services. Based on the Company Ecosystem strategy, our mission is to be responsible for the creative of various measures and contribute to increasing service usage and customer satisfaction.

1. Overall project management for website launch and renewal 

2. Internal adjustment 

3. Goal setting and predictive management 

4. Project planning strategy and requirement definition 

5. Design 

6. Production Direction, inspection 

7. Maintenance, creation and transfer of various manuals 

8. Effect measurement / improvement proposal and systematization by access analysis after release 

(UI / UX) 

9. Scenario design and user needs based on persona design / user survey Extraction 

10. Information design / site structure based on UCD (user-centered design) , screen transition, interaction, navigation, screen configuration 

11. Extraction and verification of problems by user test 

12. Usability evaluation 

13. Design of smartphone and tablet Web / APP
