Job Description

SONAR clients will be encouraged to use the SONAR recruitment management system installed by more than 500 companies, and various plans for successful recruitment will be planned. 

[Mission] The mission is to increase SONAR fans through various internal and external communications. In addition, we will understand the client’s issues and requests and provide feedback to the service to increase the value of the product. 

[Specific operations] 

-Main contact for clients who have decided to introduce SONAR 

* Company recruiters or clients, responsible for 30-50 companies per person- To increase customer loyalty and maximize LTV Follow-up, advice , loyalty improvement measures,planning of measures to inform customers when new functions are released , escalation to sales / onboarding team , (support center operation scheduled to open in June 2019)

Hiring requirements


Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

・ Working experience 2 years or more 

・ PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint document creation) and 

one of the following work experience 

・ Corporate sales experience 

・ Customer Successful business experience / sales planning / sales promotion / marketing business experience

/ personnel / business experience / sales at web-related companies / store management experience including loyalty improvement measures

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 4 million yen to 4.8 million 

* Annual salary system that includes an estimated overtime allowance for 20 hours a month (monthly salary is divided into 12 equal parts), salary increase: once a year, bonus (performance-linked bonus / incentive), Commuting allowance (upper limit of 30,000 yen per month)


Complete social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance), body maintenance (6,000 yen / month, applicable conditions)
