Job Description

After participating in the usage guidance and operation proposal work for the customers who have introduced “Sansan”, we will leave the team management to a certain level. 

Even when it comes to usage guidance and operations, we do not instinctively perform routine work, but we will consider and plan various methods and means for customers to establish and use Sansan. 

What approach is best for improving customer utilization? Sales thinking is also an important position to support while thinking. 

Customer success managers will have a lot of coordination and negotiations with many stakeholders (such as managers in other departments in the company), and will also have contact with senior management (executives, business managers, etc.) of clients. . 

You will be active as a consultant for a major company. 

This position requires a wide range of customer-oriented, executive power, leadership, exploration and balance skills.

Introduction support and account management for customers who introduced “Sansan”, a cloud business card management service for corporations. 

* Number of customers in charge: About 40-50 companies per person 

・ Sansan introduction support and subsequent operation support (formulation and management of success plan) and kick-off (customer implementation of Sansan ) for customer success As a project, clarification of the purpose of introduction / construction of promotion system / schedule and operational rule formulation) , training (use briefing session for users ) , regular quarterly to annual (using score chart, (Effectiveness verification and proposals for improvement measures) 

・Proposals for functional improvements to the product / development department based on customer requests 

・Provide product value to customers and support usage promotion through new functions that are released as needed 

・ Sansan business Proposal for Linking Other Services to Make Infrastructure

Hiring requirements

If you meet one of the following 

– consultants experience (more than 5 years) in the consulting industry through the sales of in · IT industry
