Job Description

The company’s inside sales system “bellFace” will be marketed to existing customers. 

We will develop and execute strategies for how many follow-up companies will follow to increase the retention rate. 


The number of companies that have introduced the “Belleface” web conferencing system is increasing year by year. Since it has a subscription-type model, it is important how to keep facing customers and increase the retention rate. 

We have implemented online measures, offline events, success stories, and various measures, but we also want to create a system where the company can make proposals to existing customers. 


The following two types of companies are responsible for this position. 

・ Low touch → events, workshops, community 

tech touch → e-mail magazine 

1: 1 correspondence instead of individual correspondence (marketing) with 1: n.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual salary: 3.6 million to 8 million yen 

Monthly salary: about 300,000 to 670,000 yen 

* We will give preferential treatment according to regulations after considering experience and ability. 

As 45 hours equivalent to a fixed overtime of the month ※, month 72,700 yen (in the case of annual income lower limit 3.6 million yen) – 162,300 yen provision be included in the monthly salary (in the case of annual income upper limit of 8 million yen) (excess separately payment)
