Job Description

You will be responsible for customer success operations for the new business “Sui Step”. In addition, as a startup member, you will eventually be responsible for the establishment of an organizational structure.

This is an assessment request service with telephone consultation for those who want to sell real estate. 

The Digital Transformation Business Division has already managed the real estate sales lump sum assessment service “Ye Wool” and has won the industry’s No. 1 position, but it will solve new problems for both users and real estate companies. For this purpose, we launched a new business “Sui Step” in April 2019.

1. consulting-based sales 

in the Customer Success team, to users who are considering the sale of real estate, to arouse the motivation through the hearing and challenges organize, performs a consulting-based marketing to introduce to the real estate company . 

2. Promotion of systemization and manualization 

Customer Success is a department that has just started up, so in the future you will be responsible for promoting systemization and manualization. 

3. Organizational system construction 

We will bundle multiple members, take responsibility for organizational management, recruitment and development, and leave the organization system to you.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. One year or more of new sales experience (regardless of corporate or individual) 

2. Those who have high communication skills 

3. Those who are highly motivated to grow and can learn actively in new fields

1. Experience in the remodeling industry and the web industry, or a wealth of knowledge about the industry 

2. Sales experience of intangible products 

3. Experience in call center (outbound) 

4. Experience in SV (supervisor) in call center (outbound)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 3.5 million to 5 million yen
