Job Description

As a customer success playing manager, you are responsible for the contract renewal rate of the entire customer success team required in the business plan. The entire team in charge, including the planning and execution of comprehensive retention measures in collaboration with the development team and sales team, workflow design and KGI / KPI settings for the team in charge, construction of a system that can stably achieve the goals, member management, etc. To help you achieve your goals.

Various onboarding for customers starting use (holding briefing sessions and online support) 

・Support for customers who want to promote their use ・ Online support 

・Planning new functions for contract renewal in cooperation with the development team 

■ OKR • Comprehensive customer success status within 30 days and annual customer success including schedule, deliverables and action plan as customer success team Develop a plan. The customer success plan includes the product development plan required for contract renewal. The customer success plan will be updated quarterly, taking into account progress. 

・ After the second month, execute and operate the customer success plan, and build a system that can stably achieve the renewal rate of 90% or more for existing customers within 12 months. 

-Increase the contract renewal rate of existing customers to 90% within 12 months. 

-Within 3 months, investigate the latest cases of customer success in Japan and overseas and announce it to the internal sales team. 

・ Investigate related overseas SalesTech services within 3 months and announce the latest examples of what services are provided in the preceding overseas markets to all employees in the company.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

・ Consulting experience in consulting industry for more than 5 years, or project management experience / account management experience in 

corporate IT industry for more than 5 years. Product sales experience in a controlled environment is NG) 

・ High document creation ability (PowerPoint and Excel).

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 6 million yen to 9.6 million yen 

Monthly salary: 500,000 yen to 800,000 yen 

* Determined according to skill, experience and ability. 

* The monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance (127,119 yen to 203,390 yen) and 20 hours of fixed late night allowance (11,300 yen to 18,080 yen). 

* Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 45 hours and late night work exceeding 20 hours will be paid. 

Annual salary system (1/12 of annual salary is paid monthly), full transportation expenses.
