Data scientist (project lead)

Job Description

As the company’s data scientist (project lead), you will be responsible for player and project management.

2. Designing the data acquisition and analysis policy according to the interviewed issues, creating a proposal

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

1. More than 3 years of project management experience in the above-mentioned field of work 

2. Basic knowledge about data science and marketing theory 

3. Data using statistical tools (R, Python, SPSS, etc.) At least 3 years of experience in totaling and analyzing from processing 

4. More than 5 years of experience in collecting data analysis results in reports and reporting them to in-house decision makers and customers 

5. Experience building predictive models for KPIs 

* Recruitment for business management project managers. It is assumed that you have the skills to move your hands as well as management.

-More than 10 million project management experience including data analysis to system construction 

* More experience if you have outsourcing control experience

-Experience in data consulting including design and development of utilization of data science 

-Market Prediction model (time series analysis, dynamic prediction model) construction experience

-Experience in marketing, product development and planning at operating companies.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

– Estimated annual salary: 9 to 12 million yen 

– Monthly salary: 750,000 to 1 million yen 

* Includes fixed overtime fee equivalent to 25 hours per month in salary (extra amount is paid separately) Salary

＜役割＞
顧客のマーケティングの意思決定のための、データ選別・取得／アナリティクス活用／BI化・システム化（デザイン）を行うデータコンサルティングが主な業務領域となります。
顧客の課題ヒアリング、企画・提案、プロジェクト設計、分析設計、分析、報告、また必要に応じて業務分析、システム構想、要件定義をチームにて行います。
同社のデータ活用はもちろんのこと、必要に応じて社外データも用い、顧客の課題に沿ったアウトプット、方法論、成果物を導出します。

同社のデータサイエンティスト（プロジェクトリード）として、プレイヤー兼プロジェクトマネジメントを担っていただきます。

【具体的な業務】
1. 営業担当に同行し、顧客のマーケティング課題のヒアリング
2. ヒアリングした課題に合わせ、データ取得や分析方針の設計を行い、提案書の作成
3. 分析計画に沿って分析を実施、プロジェクトチームで議論しながら解釈や知見の整理
4. 分析の途中経過や最終結果をまとめ、顧客へ報告、ディスカッション
5. 必要に応じ、部署やパートナー企業とシステム化やBI化の要件定義などの実施
※大手耐久消費財メーカーがメインの顧客となる予定です。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：900～1200万円
月給：75万円～100万円
