Delivery Consulting Group [Manager]

You will be the manager of the Delivery Consulting Group. You will be responsible for the delivery consulting sales and member management of the largest delivery ordering site in Japan, “Daizenkan”, which is rapidly expanding in “Shared Delivery”. 

1. About the customers 

Stores and delivery bases affiliated with the “Daizenkan” (members such as the newspaper dealer ASA, franchise stores) 

We are responsible for about 20 stores per person, mainly in East Japan.

This is the largest comprehensive delivery site in Japan that can be ordered immediately at delivery and delivery stores nationwide. It is possible to place orders with benefits by looking at menus and information such as “waiting time for current delivery” from delivery service stores in many genres such as pizza, lunch boxes, Chinese food, sushi, Western food, liquor, and services. <About Sharing Delivery ™> A service that was launched in August 2016 that enables delivery by sharing a delivery function that is linked to multiple stores affiliated with the “Dimaekan” even in stores that do not have a delivery function. When an order is placed at the “Damaekan”, the order is immediately placed at the store and the delivery base, and the store finishes cooking at the designated time. After that, a delivery member at a shared deli site such as a newspaper dealer ASA will deliver the product using a motorcycle or electric bicycle at each site. 

3. Perform supervising business (SV business) to the delivery base before specific business and manager business. 

<Manager duties>

<Member duties> 

1) Follow 

– up to opening , calculation of estimated sales, selection of delivery area, recruitment staff recruitment, planning proposal for personnel planning 

2) Follow 

– up after opening, analysis of the current situation of expected sales, problem extraction, plan proposal for countermeasures, calculation of deficient genres, marketing support for affiliated stores in the area, 

plan proposal for promotional goods (flyers, etc.)

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 6 million yen to 11 million yen 

* Consultation commuting allowance depending on experience (periodic payment, up to 40,000 yen per month).
