Job Description
  •  We will leave the support of the director as a representative of the director. 
  • You will be responsible for the management of about 100 staff engaged in the manufacturing process, negotiations with customers, recruitment activities, etc. at the major manufacturer premises.
Hiring requirements
  • Ordinary car license (AT limited). 
  • Persons with management experience or labor management experience in department or section unit.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
  • Monthly salary 330,000 yen to 350,000 yen (including allowances). 
  • Housing allowance 15,000 yen paid to householders with dependent relatives. 
  • Bonuses twice a year (total for the previous year: 2 months in total). 
  • Salary increase (April every year). 

* Management supervision No overtime allowance for employees.
