Job Description

We aim to organize the various personnel systems of the entire OKI group and integrate them into the “COMPANY” system. In order to improve efficiency and sophistication, you will understand the entire business and plan and propose new methods.

1. HR system of design, construction, management, operation (database, MS-Access, Web, COMPANY : such as steel Works) 

2. various types of data creation of the personnel information data, update business

There are many members who can clearly turn on and off, perform well in a short period of time during work, and work in a way that allows them to freely use their time after regular work. 


To play an important role in corporate management by promptly and appropriately providing information for management to make decisions through the construction, management, operation, and utilization

 Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: around 4.9 million yen to around 7.4 million yen 

* Salaries (including overtime allowance, dependent allowance, etc.) 

Salary increase: Once a year (April) / Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
