【ポジション】再生可能エネルギー発電施設の設計・保守・管理【東証一部上場企業】【配属部署】
再生可能エネルギー発電所（主に太陽光）建設に関する設計および工事管理、保守・管理をお任せします。
＜主な業務内容＞
・発電所建設工事のマネージメント
協力会社との打ち合わせ、設計図書等の確認、予算・工程管理、発電設備の完成検査など
・行政、電力会社への申請
FIT関連許認可申請、電力会社への受給契約等申込み、電力会社との系統連系協議など
●運用中発電所の修繕業務
故障箇所の調査、修繕方法の策定、修繕工事管理
※現在42箇所の発電所が運用中です【事業内容】・自社ブランドマンション「レーベン」「ネベル」シリーズ、戸建新築分譲住宅の企画・開発・販売事業
・メガソーラーをはじめとする発電事業

・プラント系電気工事施工の経験、もしくは管理の経験
・CADの経験 ※図面修正程度で問題ありません
【歓迎(WANT)】
・再生可能エネルギー(太陽光、バイオマス他)のEPC業務の経験
・電気工事士1種、または2種の資格
・宅地建物取引士の資格【待遇条件・昇給賞与】昇給・昇格：年1回

Job Description
You will be responsible for the design, construction management, maintenance, and management of renewable energy power plants (mainly solar).
[Main work contents]
・ Consultation with power plant construction work management
cooperating companies, confirmation of design documents, budget / process management, completion inspection of power generation facilities, etc.
・ Application to government and electric power companies
FIT related permission application, electric power application receiving contracts to the company, the system, such as interconnection discussions with the power company
repair operations ● operation in the power plant
survey of the fault location, the development of repair methods, repairs management
power plant of ※ current 42 locations are in operation
