不動産売買、新築住宅、注文住宅、リフォームなど家づくり全般を取り扱っております。

地域密着なので、施工エリアは長岡京市をメインに、京都市内から南部まで。年間棟数およそ50棟。

【必須要件】
1.普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
2.建築学科卒

【歓迎要件】
・建築士の有資格者

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：350万〜500万円
月給：200,000円+各種手当
※経験やスキルにより同社規定により決定します。

昇給：年1回、賞与：年2回（業績により支給）、残業手当、通勤手当（毎月2万円まで）

Job Description

The company will be responsible for the design supervision of detached houses and renovations. 

[Concrete work] 

1. Creation of architectural drawings 

2. Preparation of quotation 

3. Planning and meetings with customers 

4. Other related services 

* CAD uses Jw-CAD 

[About the company ] 

This is a wooden housing company that mainly performs top-type renovation to new construction. 

We handle all aspects of home-building such as real estate sales, new homes, custom homes and renovations. 

S & G housing is the S & G brand. Based on the concept of “From the start of the house to the goal”, we are trying to make a careful home by our own construction. 

Because it is close to the community, the construction area is mainly in Nagaokakyo City, from Kyoto City to the south. Approximately 50 buildings per year.

Hiring requirements

[Required Requirements] 

1. Ordinary car driver’s license (AT only) 

2. Graduated from the Department of Architecture

-A quali fied architect

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 5 million yen 

Monthly salary: 200,000 yen + various allowances 

* Determined by company regulations based on experience and skills. 

Salary increase: Once a year, Bonus: Twice a year (payment based on performance), overtime allowance, commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen per month)
