This is a wooden housing company that mainly performs top-type renovation to new construction.
We handle all aspects of home-building such as real estate sales, new homes, custom homes and renovations.
S & G housing is the S & G brand. Based on the concept of “From the start of the house to the goal”, we are trying to make a careful home by our own construction.
Because it is close to the community, the construction area is mainly in Nagaokakyo City, from Kyoto City to the south. Approximately 50 buildings per year.
1. Ordinary car driver’s license (AT only)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 5 million yen
Monthly salary: 200,000 yen + various allowances
* Determined by company regulations based on experience and skills.
Salary increase: Once a year, Bonus: Twice a year (payment based on performance), overtime allowance, commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen per month)
