Job Description

Responsible for the company’s in-house designer. Depending on your skill and wishes, you can leave it flexibly from the following cases.

1. Production, modification 

<Web> , domestic and foreign matter not landing page (LP), EC site, companies HP, reform of adoption site advertising, such as banner <paper> and enclosure material (flyers, Concept book), business cards, over-the-counter fixtures, POP <other>, product bottles 

2. Plan together with strategic planning members and senior executives (business managers and product owners).

Basically, team play is emphasized, and we will create creatives with an eye on “results” while valuing communication with the field. 

* Many on-site employees who make requests do not have design knowledge, so there are many orders with a high degree of abstraction. Instead of “doing only what is said,” you will be able to communicate your “designer perspective” well to the workplace, aiming for the best creative experience with team members. 


-Since there are many Web measures, the results of the design that I created can be visualized by numbers and PDCA can be turned. 

・ Wide range of projects involving both web and paper media, leading to skill improvement. 

・ Basically, you can be involved in the planning concept for in-house production. 

・ Because you are deeply involved with the promotion team, you can develop a marketing perspective.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 3.5 million yen to 6 million yen 

* Considered based on skills and experience. 

Salary increase: 4 times a year (March / June / September / December), Bonus: Irregular (performance-linked), Transportation expenses (up to ¥ 30,000 per month)
