Job Description

We are looking for managers to develop Rakuten’s “Super Point Screen” service for smartphones. 

The mission of this service is “to become a media platform that mass-produces the connection between users and clients and creates a happy experience via Rakuten Super Point”. 

This service has released Android / iOS apps, and APIs, business tools, etc. are running as backend systems. 

Launched in July 2015, the service is now in the service growth phase and plans to strengthen personnel for further business expansion. 

The development team is close to the business division, and is a style of developing new functions and improving functions while actively discussing opinions. 

At present, we are focusing on the O2O business using Geo data, and we are developing and developing services using location information data. 

Therefore, we are looking for development managers who can revitalize the development team and develop development proposals and speedy development cycles to develop services. 

Responsibilities of positions: 

Service management (project planning, decision making, project management) 

Group management (consisting of 6 or more, main management tasks are HR management, budget management, decision making, human resource development management) 

Business division and development strategy formulate implementing the group management share the requests and requirements from the higher-level manager to members

Selection process

Document selection → Primary interview: Department member → Secondary interview: General manager of the composition department → Third interview: Managing director → Appointment
