Job Description

You will be responsible for the creation of an introduction support environment using various cloud services and the planning and implementation of marketing for existing customers at Sansan, a business card management service for corporations.

1. Develop and implement measures to increase engagement with existing Sansan customers2 

. 2. Create Sansan’s unique customer journey map and perform overall design (grand design) of introduction support according to customer maturity level 

. 3. Create a persona according to customer maturity level, cut appropriate segmentation, and develop a strategy to grow customers in each segment 

. Build a system to increase customer engagement using Marketing Automation5 

. Planning of content required in order to journey the customer, carry out the (external order, as the case may be) production 

6. Visualize the amount of customer engagement and tune the numbers against actual user behavior 


Introduce the value of products and bring innovation to the way customers work for the success of existing customers who have introduced Sansan (Making Sansan an indispensable service as a customer’s business infrastructure)

Expected annual income: 6 million to 10 millionyen
