Job Description

Supports career change for doctors and recruitment support for medical institutions. 

1. Introduce a doctor who wants to change jobs to a medical institution. 

Negotiate with both doctors and medical institutions. 


We will propose the best medical institution according to the doctor’s various motives for career change and career plans, and support career change. 

We provide recruitment support for medical institutions. 

3. On average, we are responsible for career counseling and referral to medical institutions for 7 to 9 people per month on sales methods and processes . 

Each doctor will have a consultant in charge and will be able to handle both doctors and medical institutions. 

It is necessary to deeply understand the background and needs of doctors and to find and 

propose appropriate medical institutions that can solve essential problems . 

In addition to the proposals from medical institutions, we will follow you carefully 

so that doctors can change their jobs with peace of mind, such as facilitating interviews to accompany them during interviews , creating contract documents when negotiating terms and conditions, etc.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary 357,000 yen to 428,000 yen
