Job Description

You will be in charge of either sales planningor sales promotion planning at the job change media division that develops thejob change support site “doda”.

you will be responsible for any of the business below. 

1. Planning 
and promotion of sales planning / strategy The sales strategyfor 
each service approach (job advertisement, job change event, scout email, etc.)handled by the company will be established and promoted. Sales teams willapproach existing corporate customers to improve value provision. 

2. Systematic sales promotion for each service based on sales promotionplanning / sales strategy 
1) Unification of tone manners for materials ( 
2) Creation of sales PDC for each service ( 
3) Planning of product-specific training and instructor (

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.8 million yen to 6.9million yen * Annual income includes bonuses and average overtime hours of 40hours. 
Basic salary: 
240,000-350,000 yen Raise / Promote: Scheduled twice a year, Bonussalary: Twice a year (6th / 12th)
