Job Description

You will be responsible for the total production and sales of the company’s architectural hand tools. 

1. About the customer 

Dealer / distributor in the area in charge (Shikoku) 

2. About the product 

The company’s products that continue to be loved by professional craftsmen working at the construction site have a lineup of over 4,000 items, including majors, laser marking machines, and safety ropes, both in Japan and overseas. We will continue to focus on quality and continue to produce more products. 

3. Sales methods and processes 

Route sales to dealers and distributors. Proposal sales that go deeply into business partners in the area in charge.

– Product presentation to dealers and agents, collection of sales information, awareness and sharing of proposals. 

– The findings and proposals obtained on site are shared with the sales headquarters, development team, and production team. 


・I will be in charge of about 30-50 stores in a specific area (Shikoku). We visit customers 3.5 to 4 days a week. 

・As you leave it in the area, you can build a deeper and long-term relationship by repeating regular visits and quality proposals. 

– There is no quota, and the evaluation is centered on the process, such as the goals set as superiors and the number of actions to customers.

After joining the company: First, about two months, we will hold a training course that includes classroom lectures and sales accompany. In order to experience the local characteristics, we will also conduct training in areas other than Tokyo and other locations (in that case, we will arrange accommodations if necessary). 

After that, you will gradually be in charge of the business partners while accompanying the superiors and seniors in the assigned area. 

In the future: Area managers, headquarters of major clients, product planning, overseas sales, etc.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Work experience 3 years or more 

2. Business experience (regardless of corporation or individual) 

3. First class driving license

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 3.72 million to 4.52 million yen 

Monthly salary: 310,000 to 377,000 yen 

* If overtime allowance is not included, annual salary system (12 splits), salary increase (April), transportation expenses (full payment)

Expected annual income: 4 million to 5 million yen 

Monthly salary: 333,000 yen to 400,000 yen 


Sales manager (33 years old, 5 years experience): 5.9 million yen


Social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, occupational accident insurance, employment insurance), dependent family allowance (9,500 yen to 19,000 yen per person), housing allowance (provided in the case of owning or renting in the name of the person, 5,700 yen to 14,250 yen) , Retirement allowance (defined contribution pension), property savings system, overtime allowance (full payment)
